Six hazardous substances may not exceed limits set by these directives. These substances are lead, cadmium, hexavalent,
chromium, polybrominated biphenyl, and polybrominated biphenyl ethers.
With the exception of cadmium, which is restricted to 100 parts per million, substances are limited to 1000 parts per million.
At PCB production we have used Tin/Lead solder for years. We are now changing the surface finish to E.N.I.G, OSP etc. We make
boards lead free with high tg laminate.
They are able to withstand high temperatures during the reflow process.
